Refund Policy

At CK Media LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality social media services to help our clients achieve their marketing goals.
We strive for complete customer satisfaction; however, due to the nature of our services, we have established the following refund policy:1.
No Refunds on Completed Services:
Once a service has been delivered or a campaign has been executed, CK Media LLC does not offer refunds. This includes, but is not limited to, content creation, social media management, advertising campaigns, and consulting services.
Refunds on Prepaid Services:
For services that are prepaid but have not yet been rendered, clients may request a refund within 7 days of payment. A refund request must be submitted in writing to chris@ckmedia.io, and a processing fee of 5% may apply.
Cancellation Policy:
Clients who wish to cancel ongoing services must provide a written notice at least 14 days before the next billing cycle. Any services performed prior to cancellation will not be eligible for a refund.
Dissatisfaction with Services:
If a client is dissatisfied with our services, we encourage open communication to resolve any issues. While refunds are not guaranteed, CK Media LLC may offer service adjustments or credits at our discretion.
Chargebacks and Disputes:
Initiating a chargeback without prior communication with CK Media LLC may result in the termination of services and legal action if deemed necessary. We encourage clients to contact us first to resolve any concerns amicably.
